Introducing the Next-Generation Protective Bolt Plate Truss
We’re excited to offer the Protective Bolt Plate Truss, featuring an innovative end plate design with circular ears at each corner. This design effectively safeguards the truss chords from damage caused by dropping or dragging. Traditional aluminum trusses often suffer damage when dropped on hard floors or dragged, leading to expensive repairs. Our warehouse sees hundreds of such damaged trusses annually, most with end chord damage. This new design addresses this issue, significantly extending the truss’s lifespan.
These trusses are available in standard sizes such as 12”x 12”, 12”x 18”, 16”x 16”, 20.5” x 12”, and 20.5” x 20.5”. They are designed to be compatible with other manufacturers’ bolt plate trusses using standard 5/8” bolts.
With only a slight increase in weight, the Protective Bolt Plate Truss is much stronger than the traditional truss design that has been used for over three decades. Choose our advanced truss solution for improved durability and longevity.
