XLITE TRUSS
XLITE Truss (pronounced Ex-Light) is an engineered lightweight truss that offers an affordable option to 12″x12″ Utility Truss.
XLITE is available in
- 10″ Ladder,
- 10″ Triangle
- 10″x 10″ Square
And comes with a full line of accessories including
- Base Plates
- Corner Blocks
- Wedges
- Half Couplers and Swivel Couplers designed specifically for this product line

10″ Ladder Truss
- 10″ XLITE Ladder Truss comes in standard lengths of 5′, 8′, and 10′ with custom lengths available upon request.
- The chords are 1-1/2″ diameter x 1/8” wall thickness
- The diagonals are 7/16” diameter solid rod
- The truss is connected using standard 5/8″ diameter steel bolts
- Fabricated by AWS certified welders in the USA
- Powder coating available upon request in any color.
10″ Triangle Truss
- 10″ XLITE Triangle Truss comes in standard lengths of 5′, 8′, and 10′ with custom lengths available upon request.
- The chords are 1-1/2″ diameter x 1/8” wall thickness

Baseplates
XLITE Truss can be used with our standard XSF 24″, 36″ and 48” base plates.
XLITE Truss may also be used with XLITE 18″ base plates
- Constructed with a 3/8″ plate welded to a 12″ piece of XLITE truss
- The orientation of the base plate is available in three options
- Truss located in the middle of the plate
- Truss located in the corner of the plate
- Truss located flush to one edge of the plate
